Overview

Nine years building and maintaining production systems, most of it inside a federal agency. Grouped by the terms the work was built under : government delivery, then the practice underneath it, then independent work.

Enterprise & government

Employed, CRA

Delivered as an employee of the Canada Revenue Agency, under federal security review, privacy, bilingual and accessibility obligations. Team-delivered, long-lived, and still in service.

AI & practice

Cross-cutting

How the work gets done, and what the trade-offs behind each decision actually cost.

AI-Assisted Delivery
Workflow scripts that orchestrate subagents, the tooling that scopes what an agent may touch, and where the decision stays human

Engineering Case Notes
Technical and team decisions, and what each one cost.

Outside employment

Built and operated on my own terms. I own, host, and keep these running, which is where the operational side shows.

The first two are open. The self-hosted apps sit behind Synology SSO, so they open on a sign-in form. The case studies carry the walkthrough.
